Building the first AI-native law firms in France.

Kélian Lalloué

I'm the CEO of Hendy. For four years we ran a marketing agency for French law firms: Google Ads, SEO, dozens of firms accompanied. That work taught us something the legal industry hasn't priced in yet: AI is commoditizing legal advice, and when advice gets cheap, the firms that win are the ones built around distribution, judgment, and systems.

So we're making a bet, publicly: the law firm of the next decade will be AI-native from day one, and the first ones in France will be built now. That's what Hendy is becoming, and that's what this site documents: the pivot from agency to startup, the AI systems we build, the decisions a CEO faces along the way, and the road from France to the international stage.
